The play area is located on central open space and is directly accessible from Beehive Close and Harptree Close and by a short walk from Sandacre Road, Yarnton Close, Oasthouse Close and Standing Close.

Equipment includes multi-play frame, spring basket, basket swing, junior multi-play frame with small slide, wobble board, roundabout, 1 swing, 2 cradle swings, spring see saw, spinner bowl and an overhead rotator.  The surface is a grass and rubber.

There is also a bench seat.
