The play area is located on open space and is directly accessible from Clayhill Copse, Eaton Wood and Beech Drive and by a short walk from Horseshoe Crescent, Crabtree Copse, Furze Close, Squires Copse and The Willows.

Equipment includes a basketball post, multi-play frame, 2 flat swings, overhead rotator, basket swing, swing barrier, a supernova, see saw, 2 toddler cradle swings, junior multi-play frame including mini slide, springer seat, and a rotator.

The surface under the play equipment is half rubber and half woodchip.

There is a bench seat and also a cycle rack.
